Surah Al-Kawsar (Chapter 108)


Arabic Text:


بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

  1. إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ

  2. فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ

  3. إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الْأَبْتَرُ


Transliteration:


Bismillāhi al-Raḥmāni al-Raḥīmi

  1. Innā aʿṭaynāka al-kaw-sara

  2. Faṣalli li-rabbika wa-an-ḥar

  3. Inna shāni’aka huwa al-abtar


Translation:

  1. Indeed, We have granted you Al-Kaw-sar. (The Abundance).

  2. So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone].

  3. Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off [from all good].
